…if you have a blog and your are yet to get setup with even just Feedburner, you are truly missing out on a lot of potential traffic and link juice. By the way, did you know Google owns Feedburner?
The #1 key to effective use with RSS is to be sure your main keyword(s) are in the title of your Feed. Be sure to that you are using your keywords in your your post titles too. These are all going to be picked up by the search engines, remeber this point.
